If we purchase a award can we give it out to a new set of 10 people or will the people you've given the award to still have it?

If you buy an award, you are buying ownership of that particular award, so you can give it out to people of your choice and revoke it from the people you don't want to you have it.

You get a separate control panel for awards and you get to remove the users whom currently have it, then distribute it to new users.

You pay the owner for the award, and then Philly transfers it to you for a fee of $15.
 
Stop vouching for him, he's looking for sales. If you're going to vouch for him, vouch on his vouch thread(if he has one).

Anyways, I would buy a group from you if we didn't have to follow the userbar templates man. GLWS nonetheless.
