It will tell you why you are banned and it won't let you use anything on the Forum until you sign out!
But you can still sing into it, it will say that @Axe is online, but with a line through it.

It's not a big deal. You don't have access to two accounts anymore, so no harm was done. I could give you a warning if that would satisfy your need for punishment.
