BF3 question.

Can I leave the lobby after the game has been played? Beause after each game, in the lobby, I only see the option to see someone's gamercard - how can I leave at this point? Because I don't like to leave during a game. Right now I have to wait till the game starts and leave, because I have no clue on how to do it in lobby. I'm on xbox 360.
