Best Way To Get Strength Up?

Okay so I want to bot up my initiate pure's strength, currently it's at 69.

I was wondering, what are the fastest ways to get it up, I don't mind if it's like 69-70 here, 70-80 here, 80-90 here, 90-99 here.

I heard soul wars is good but I'm not sure what is best.

Also heard about experiments, crabs and a few others, but I really have no idea on xp comparison.
 
Experiments, I got 50-94 strength there on my pure in a matter of days (like... 5-10? forgot)

Fok year. 80-90 took 90 hours. I have the screenshot on "Runegear's longest botting proggy's!" thread.
 
Hmm, thinking whether I should put the effort into an initiate pure or not, it's fully quested besides RFD, and person I purchased it off didn't do nature spirit before hitting 20 def, so best I could wear is addy gloves and not rune gloves.

What's stopping you from getting barrows other than that ONE quest?

Cause it's a pure at the moment, barrows isn't a pure it's just a main who decided they didn't like getting up def anymore.
