Best way to get accounts

In your own opinion, what do you think would be the best way to get runescape accounts? Fake website, fake programs, ect?

I'm just trying to get ideas on what to do. I was going to program a keylogger in C++ but this stuff has caught my eye. So instead I might start off with programming a fake program in C# or VB because of simplicity.
