Best Video Converter and Editor?

Which do you guys suggest Everytime I upload to youtube it loads it all pixelish and crap! :\

Sony Vegas and After Effects will make your montages look ill as fuck. Then take some notes from a video like this.

personally i just use windows live movie maker and render and save is in 1080p and it comes out fine. if your looking for a headache and advanced editing/rendering go to sony vegas. sony vegas is amazing once you learn how to you it. but its very advanced.

:\ Yeah I figured that out haha, But I uploaded to fb and it doesnt lag or have the green pixels :\ anyone know why?
