RULES
1. You may only vote ONCE. You can vote for 3 usergroups. Reasons for voting are not mandatory.
2. You cannot vote for your own usergroup's userbar. If you genuinely believe it's the best then vote for what you believe is the second best.
Exception: If you are in 3 or more usergroups (onyx, power, power+, staff not included) you may vote for a usergroup's userbar you're a member of (unless you're the owner of the given usergroup).
3. The format in which you should vote goes as follows

4. If you disagree with someone's opinion or have a comment, you can state the opinion you're disagreeing with or commenting on and the reason you disagree/what you think about it. The user that you commented about can then reply to your comment in one post and then you CANNOT reply again. If you really feel you have something to say then PM them.
5. Flamers will be banned from voting and staff will be notified.
6. Voting closes on the midnight of 06-30-14, at this time the winner will be announced. You may not vote after this time.
7. There are no prizes, just forum cred for the members of the winning usergroup.
