You can get 26k xp per hour at Ghouls.

I would work on geting your prayer to 43/70 and your defence to match the rest of the combat, I would try training at ghouls, cockroach soldiers, hill giants can actually get you 40k+ xp/hr and a butt load of gold charms, Spiders in the varrock sewers or moss giants in the resource dungeon are also good exp at your level
