Best things to train combat stats on?

I was thinking about doing soul wars once I hit 90 strength, but that doesn't seem like it would be good exp.

Any tips?
 
Botting-ghouls can be good, depending on how many people.
Legit-monkey ambassadors I think there called,they are in mm, I'm assuming you have 43+ prayer and there is altar there,and they are like lvl 149 but great xp,

if you got 43+ prayer go and kill Bandits in the desert they are crowded there not much people train there and they are low lvls with reasonable HP ^^

Awh that's what I thought, but you made it sound really weird you need to rephrase that.
 
yeah I was a bit confused tooo.

Ontopic: Try training on Soul Wars, as you mentioned. You get amazing xp (With tokens it's like 30-40kxp/h) or gp if you choose to random it.
 
Do soul wars, and attack jellies. It is decent xp actually.
 
Well soulwars, in 19 days I've gotten 80-96 def and 80-90 atk

so pretty sure it's good xp
