I wish to stream myself PKing but I don't know the best/fastest free streaming service?

Dynamo I think. You can also get that from Justin.tv

As multiply said, Justin.tv is the best in my opinion, although they have brought out Twitch.tv now, But I haven't tried that yet.

As for programs, There is Dynamo and Xsplit.

Download XSplit. You need decent specs if you don't want to lag, but the quality is incredible. It has JTV built in too.

If you don't like Justin.Tv, I've heard Ustream is also decent. Haven't tried it though...
