Best place to train? Level 110 main

I am going for 99 strength f2p. I am at 97. I need to know a good place to train where I don't have to bank. Or where a bank is close by. I was thinking just first or second level of the secruity thing. Any idea's? I need about atleast 30k xp per hour.
