Doesn't matter what quests/stats/minigames I need to do for it, BEST outfit for it. If there's more than one, tell me.

PVP melee
PVE melee
PVP magic
PVE magic
PVP range
PVE range
PVP prayer
PVE prayer
PVE barrows
PVE bosses
PVP multi-combat (clan wars, castle wars)
 

I see..

I find a full set of leather armour does the trick. A bronze kiteshield and an iron dagger.
 
PvE = Player vs. Everything.

Gear that works for pvp and pvm.

Really? I use to play WoW where "PvE" means "Player VS Environment". I guess Runescape noobs call it "PvM"
