Best ip masking method for recovs?

Can anyone recommend a good, free-to-use vpn when attempting to recover? I don't think normal proxies do the trick.. something about java applets revealing ip.

one free vpn that i heard is good is proxpn. but they do keep logs. if your doing something serious i would tell you to buy a vpn with no logs. btw if your gonna do it via a proxy you wana use a elite proxy to hide your ip.
