NetBeans is the easiest and has some plugins.
But I am not sure why but everything is compatible with Eclipse.
Such as:
RSBuddy, you can "add" it to Eclipse. "Add" is a very loose/general term in the above statements
Eclipse and NetBeans are tied for me.
But there is more features on NetBeans, so I would have to choose that.
Although, everything is compatible with Eclipse easier..
IDK. That is why I got both.
