Well NBA is by far my favorite to play on the new systems. Looks amazing.
Maybe get Assassins Creed or Ryse.

Haven't gotten the Xbox One nor played any of the games but I have watched reviews.
With that said, the games that capture my interest are Ryse: Son of Rome, Forza 5, and Dead Rising 3.

The Portal series is one of the best out there. It's story is interesting, the concept and puzzles are immaculate, and the writing is stupendous. Also, any game from the Bioshock franchise will have you entertained for hours.
