Best F2P Monster for Pures to Train On?

I need to get my strength to 85 (76 at the moment) but I'm struggling with XP. I'm getting about 17.9k xp/h and thats my climax.

Do you have any other ideas for training on?

Stats:

76 strength
2 Prayer (Going to get 43 in about a week)
1 Defense
65 Range
1 Magic

61 Combat

I'm still not following. Training on Lesser Demons would cost me tons of food, and the amount of trips that i'd have to take to grab more food would destroy the entire xp gaining ratio.
 
Have you tried it? And yes, you would need some food, but it's great exp, you could also just train at Giant Spiders, like I said, search through my guide.

I searched your guide through about 5 times. I have tried Giant spiders and it comes down to about 19k xp/h, almost the same as minotaurs but for so much more food.

That is probably the best that you are going to get on F2P.

Alright, I didn't know the average so I couldn't declare if I was doing good or not.

I just hate how it takes me like 8 hours to go from lvl 76 to lvl 77 strength.
 
Yeah, F2P pures don't have many choices, i have a pure lvl 49. He's a member though, maybe we can pk sometime =D

If you want to PK with me and Exosphere you need these stats and items:

D-claws or SS
85+ strength
60 attack
any range level
43 prayer
any mage level (preferably at least 85 for tele-block)
Constitution doesn't matter.
You should be about level 71 when you've done that, as will me and exosphere.

We all have Dragon Claws, meaning that every pure that we attack is almost guaranteed dead.

PROFIT!?

I don't know BUT:
1. On homepage, switch language to French/Dutch
2. get on the f2p world
3. You have all the minotauts for yourself
 
I'm not 100% sure how high Flesh Crawlers hit but I do know they are good XP. I think they are located on the third or second level on the stronghold of security.
