Best combat xp per hour?

I know they drop Snapdragon and Torstal seeds, usually yields in around 300k an hour at least.
 
Well, I heard someone was using a RoW (Ring of wealth) and was managing to hit 1.5m/2m an hour.
 
I doubt you will, I wouldn't.
