Best bot/area for F2P combat training?

I'm making a new account for shits and giggles and want to know wheres the best place to train up a new account in combat stats.

I don't know about botting, but two good places to train in f2p are Ankous and Giant Spiders. However, that's when you're like 70+ combat level.
