R9 380 over the GTX 960 everyday.
I put a 4460 because because pretty much 4690k, just locked. I also picked a Z97 board since they're cheap enough now a days, and if you wanna upgrade to an i7 4790k or something in the future, it'd be good for it.
You could cut the price and get a 1TB HDD instead of the 2TB though.
