It has been less than 30 days. Your software did not work as well as I thought it would, or as specified. The trial was very limited, and the bought license while the performance improved, it was not up to my standards. I am requesting a refund because it did not perform in accordance with the specifications. As it says on your refunds policy page, I may return the software and receive a full refund or replacement at my option. My option is a full refund. Thank you.
