It has come to my understanding that "hinting" or "asking" for rep is not allowed and that anybody caught doing so will have all there positive reputation removed.

It clearly states that if you "ask" or "hint" somebody into giving you reputation that there reputation should be reset back to 0 and/or all your positive reputation should get reset. Staff lay down the rules on this member.

Ask Philly man, I used to have that shit at like all times but it got taken off when I changed groups 2 elite/Omm then Philly readded it 4 me.

Apparently people found a way around that plug in but I cant find one so w.e

Jimmy spoke with me about asking for rep and I said I wouldn't anymore. Really kid? This is the Internet. Go get a real job or even better go outside. Make some friends, socialize. I personally like Junior, as a member, but then Beats is such a cool guy and god knows who would wanna trash someone's reputation.

Rules are rules and he broke them. They are there for a reason. Don't be sour it's your own fault.

Judging by the picture, it says he has 1616 posts. And Beats currently has 1618 posts so this was recent obviously. It would've been better if you've shown the date it was posted too and time.
As for Beats, I don't know what your punishment is going to be, but I hope it is nothing too serious.
As for Junior, you don't got to be the Grinch!
