Be careful.

They're not going to start with a lawsuit. They'd send a notice if it was a problem, and I'm sure Mike or The Elite would handle the situation accordingly.
 
The sites fine, no site that I've ever heard of has gotten shut down for using those images, and I don't expect runegear to get shutdown either.
