Battlefield 3 Lobbies?

Is there such thing as a BF3 XP Lobby?, Like the shit that goes on in Cod. XP lobby, Challenge lobby. If so, Does anyone here host them?. I know this really isn't the site that i should be posting this on, But i went over to TTG & didn't find anything about lobbies.

I've seen them on youtube but to actually see someone host one, No, unfortunately i think only a FEW host them, you might have to try se7ensins. Maybe you can get lucky there! Good luck finding one man!
