BASIC EYES TUTORIAL:​

1.] Open up a new file with the dimensions 256 x 256.
2.] Select the color f49297 and fill the layer.
3.] Make a new layer "Ctrl + Shift + N".
4.] Select the Elliptical Marquee tool and make a big circle.
5.] Fill the circle with a3a3a3.


6.] Deselect.
7.] Give it a guassian blur of about 9.3px.
8.] Make a new layer "Ctrl + Shift + N".
9.] Create a smaller circle and fill with any color.


10.] Make a new layer "Ctrl + Shift + N".
11.]With a variety of brushes, make strokes in ffffff or white.
12.] Set the layer to Soft Light.


13.] While on the layer with the brush marks, hold down Ctrl and click the icon of the circle made in step 7.
14.] Right click and then click "Select Inverse".
15.] Cut "Ctrl + X".
16.] Make a new layer "Ctrl + Shift + N".
17.] Make a small circle in the center and fill it with 000000 or black.
18.] Give it a guassian blur of about 4.4px.
19.] Make a new layer "Ctrl + Shift + N".
20.] Create the following lines:


21.] Using a 35px brush, select the smudge tool with strength of 20%, smudge the lines to make them look a bit more realistic.
22.] Give it a box blur of about 10px.

Done.
 
No problem mate glad i could help. I have around you could say unlimited eye textures. Well what i mean is its a PSD file and you can make almost uncountable combinations with it. I will put it up for sale if anyone would want it.
