Why jump on the band wagon with everyone else? I care about rep and so do a lot of others. If I want to try and consider trusting anybody, rep helps. I wouldn't consider doing a deal with someone with low or neg rep. It is the first thing you notice.

What 'bandwagon' am I jumping on? That's just my personal sentiment in regards of reputation, since I don't make money through forums, or anywhere online. If it's useful for you to see who is a reputable person to do business with, then that makes sense.

Just because one might say something the general population may feel, doesn't necessarily imply that he/she is fully part of their view.

So I gave you my answer, you asked me a question not gave me your opinion

@Hostage, I partially agree with you, where as now I may not care about MY reputation too much but someone elses I do. If a newer member wanted to deal with me reputation is the first thing I'd look at besides vouch pages and conversing with other members this particular person has done a deal with.

Meanwhile, banned users may have a valid reason towards their reputation report on whichever user, it may be a warning for future dealings with whoever it may be. So unless it's pointless with no meaning it should stay with a valid reason.

@Innocence has a point but to his defence I'm pretty sure he hasn't come to this site to make deals with kids not care about reputation from a dealers point of view. If you're reputation is tarnished due to some loser that's banned, why keep it? But I understand if it's valid with a point then it should stay.

Yes I totally understand you @Chill. My neg rep is off @Gage(banned gage) stating, "GTFO" his thread. This should be removed as I shouldn't be repped for commenting on a thread. If I would have been totally disrespectful or sales trashing etc then it would have been a valid reason and shouldn't be removed banned or not.

Conclusion, neg rep from banned users should stay if deemed a valid reason.

Reputation is opinions of members on a user and it can be highly abused, don't worry about it tbh.
