Staff can't help you at all. You cannot shorten the deletion a bank pin unless you know it or you know a glitch.

If it's your bank pin, then you can make it instant as stated above, if you don't you have to wait the whole 7 days.
 
If there are 4 digits in the players username or password it is usually the pin, I've gotten some pins off like this. If not then it is usually 1990-2012. If not wait it out
