People lie to increase their profit. Also, you could have been reported, and it's still the same gamertag but not the same account meaning it's still traced. Not sure if that makes any sense or all, but they have their ways.

He swapped the name while we were on skype. Reported for sitting on dashboard? I didn't even put live on the account. Ok it could be traced; but how do they know I didn't go on vacation that day. Just admit it your post was ignorant mate.

It wasn't ignorant, you broke the rules, you pay the consequences. And like I said, what about previous owners? Maybe there was an investigation on the account before and now they just decided to ban it? There's many reasons as to why your gamertag got banned. What was the tag?

He made the new account the day before swapped the name the day before; through skype so he wasn't lying. Everything we are doing is against the rules. So what you're saying is that if you buy a Instagram for 1k and it gets locked. I could say "why are you mad you got punished for breaking the rules" you would just shrug it off?
