Yes yes i know it's been halloween and what not but over the past week I've noticed a decreased in activity around the forum?

And it's only going to get lower when the competition ends, Did most RR members leave straight away?

Or am I the only one that thinks so?
 
Umm it seems fine if you ask me... the only reason it's a bit iffy at the moment is because RG was down for several hours.. I'm sure it'll stabilize again :3
 
I also noticed that the activity went down. The most known people from RR are still here. But I think the other members left.

I also came from RR btw.
 
I've also noticed this, I hope Rune Gear doesn't die out...
I suggest we make some sort of Runescape Private server, something to get in members you know.
 
I'm from RR and i'm staying :)

I post when I can and I try to be as active as possible getting on at least once a day.
 
It's definitely more inactive, but that could be down to a number of things. It seems as if most of the RuneRevolution members that initially expressed an interest in staying have done so..

And to be honest, i like it more here now than i did on RuneRevolution, more forum activity and more great people!
Im happy that we merged together.
 
Not really, I wake up everyday to the range of 3-15 pages of new posts.
 
A lot of members probably left because of the spam. I'm not gonna bother being active again until after the competition when hopefully the two main spammers (Abc and Demodax) will realize the forum "isn't for them" and leave. Just can't wait for this stupid competition to end because those members particularly are spamming the shit out of everything. Can't see one thread where one of these hasn't posted a shitty spammy reply.

It is slightly annoying, but it's not as if they haven't suffered for it - look at their reputation..

That TBH is one is the most stupid fucking post I have ever seen. People leaving over just two guys who are...spamming? I'm not even sure if Demondax's post should be considered spam among a-lot of you. You should keep your fingers still and not type in random bull-shit probably hoping one of them will see it.

I love how many threads like this are created whenever there's some down time. That's normal, gentlemen; It'll stabilize soon. Anyway, it seems like it's down more now because there was a load of activity because of the contest.
 
I have become far less active lately due not only to commitments IRL, but also due to the abundance of low quality posts.
Perhaps that has something to do with the posting contest?
I could have fucking sworn we decided not to do that again after the first few contests failed so miserably...
Whatever. I'm just glad that we're back to MyBB. I'll be more active now than I would have been on the "RuneGear 2.0" or whatever.

And people like you and I could EASILY counter low quality post with high quality without bitching about lq post. It is nice to see an positive part in your post also.
 
I think it's just because it's Halloween weekend, and now it's the week. Most of us have school/work.
