Back at It?

lol, so most of you said i did good for a beginner but i needed to go back and look at some tutorials, i went back and came up with this.. lol, tell me what you think

uhm, repetitive... the colors are kind of mooshed together, and has nothing to do with doing services :/ thats just My opinion Sorry

Whole lot of grunge brushes I see in the background, doesn't seem to be very much variety, both brush and colour wise. Those random scratches seem to be all very random and just added in for no particular reason. The text is pretty decent but it needs some working on.
