I went from 1 - 92 an age ago, the majority levelled at the Range Guild, then I botted straight to 99 within the last week.

What storm said, you profit from buying rune arrows with the archery tickets. It's about 50k range experience and 50-100k cash per hour. The ban rate used to be instant, but I guess Jagex doesn't care anymore. You also can't start from level 1 @ one, because 40 range is a requirement to enter. Storm do you f2p pk on that account? All I see nowadays is tanks trolling pures. Do you have a tank yourself?
 
not bad. not bad at all. it took my forever to get 99 range..
 

I used to. He's level 71 with 99 range, 91 Strength and 45 Attack. Accidentally got 23 Defence via Dungeoneering :|

I'm basically treating this guy as my main now, but I won't be levelling any more combat stats except for Mage and Strength to 99.

I have another main PKer account, 60 Attack/99 Strength/60 Defense that I F2P PK on. I can't stand P2P PvP :\
 

Nope.

I botted Range Guild on this exact account up from 40 - 92 almost purely at Range Guild before the nuke.
