Selling ownership to an award. Need the money for something else, having this isn't as fun as I thought it would be for me.
You will be paying the transfer fee to Philly.

What are the rules in regards to giving out the award? Will all the people that currently have it still keep it?

You control it, 100%. After you buy it and pay the transfer fee, you can change it to what you want, then you can go to the awardcp and give/remove it from people.

Quite a few. You can see them here:

You'll usually be able to tell which are user owner and which are official.

I will be purchasing this hopefully by tomorrow. I will be completing a deal for the rest of the money needed hopefully sometime in the morning.
