Award owners

I noticed @philly that you were putting "owned by @whatever" at the end of each award

why not just add the template from acp i think its in the awards section, something like {$award_owner} and make it display on the awards like that, or make a seperate tab for user owned awards

Except it would automatically update when the award is updated in acp.
