I think it's plain flat out retarded if you make an award with a requirement like "drastically changed the market" but they give it to themselves when they haven't done shit all; same with groups, making requirements which the group owner doesn't even have.

Pretty much what I'm trying to say is, unless they have met the requirement themselves don't fucking let them make that as a requirement; it's flat out fucking retarded.
 
Its their award, they can do what they want with it.

It's retarded if they just came in the scene and say some stupid requirement for it which they haven't even achieved. It's just like fucking contradicting yourself, you say someone needs to do something to earn an award when you haven't even done it; only difference is you bought the fucking award and granted it to yourself for no logical reason but the reason that "I paid $40 for ownership".

I agree, but there's no way that this is going to be implemented. Ideas would be restricted exponentially.
