Award Help

Alright so this isn't very difficult for some users, I'm pretty sure. 

I have an award, and I have the idea and everything that I need, except for the actual design. I have a concept of what I would like it to look like, I just need help creating it into a 24x24 image. 

If anyone could help me out that'd be dope. I am willing to pay, hopefully not too much. I will also grant the award to the user who helps me create this.
