AUD Money PayPal

So I just got a small payment from someone in Australia and they sent 3$ AUD to my paypal but it did not raise my total balance at all. I then told them to send 1$ in USD and they did and it came through and added to my total balance. I still do not have the beginning amount though. Any suggestions?

There should be a Claim/Allow and Deny button in your transaction history. It won't add it to your balance until you convert it to one of your saved paypal currencies.

Do you have any idea were that button is located?
