This LeakForums guy is probably some kid who owns or takes a forum too serious, so he was hitting off FK.
 
I came back from college and it was happening, I was going out so was rushing to respond to my notifications but it just kept going off..

Disgusting, people get a hard on from DDoSing something with a public IP address. No skill involved whatsoever but they still feel like big hackers.
