anyway i can bypass or just get around not inputting a sim card on an iphone? bc i bought it off of craigslist for cheap and want to use it lmk.
if you know how to i'll throw a couple bucks your way.
 
You can try a jailbreak tweek. Not sure they have one for that IOS tho.

http://en.pangu.io/ thats a website for jailbreaking your device. But i recommend you back it up if you have important files. Also youtube some videos about doing this with an iDevice. Also a plus to jailbreaking is you get many iap (in app purchases) for free.

lol an outdated jailbreak tool is not going to help you bypass the need for a sim card.
im pretty sure some people have phone unlocking services. i would check TOR.
