Astro Problems :/

For the last 2 days i my astros a40s are being stupid the chat cable that plugs up to the controller is broken i think it never hears me talking and it pops and stuff in my headset if any of you have experienced this and know how to fix it besides buying a new cord please let me know
 
idk never had that problem with mine... just goto the astro support chat thing

Really lol i think i used it once and they helped me out alot... but it was just with common stuff ha.
 
I had the same problem. If your headset is registered send an email to astro and they might send you a new one. I had to do that and i got it on Saturday.
