Personally none of my features I've coded have been for 1.6. I have made a few for 1.8 but that's classified for a few more weeks

The alpha testing/development release should be very soon. It isn't recommended for live sites, however.

I committed a file that wasn't encoded correctly... that's really about the worst. You can't really fuck up that bad

PHP, Java, a bit of JavaScript, and yes, I am able to do basic theme/CSS edits though I could never create such a masterpiece from scratch.

To be on the the team you have to sign an NDA saying you won't leak anything and you'll be a responsible team member, so it's pretty serious. Also, any forums I join where I say I'm a MyBB team member I need to be sure I'm mature so nothing reflects back on MyBB.
