I'm not 18 you can get you're license at 16. I Can make my own paypal and be Verfied but when I get limited I'll be screwed they ask you to upload photo id Proof of Address If I upload Photo Id My account will get closed since I'm not 18 I had him hold funds so I didn't risk getting limited and then paypal disputing payments when you're limited.

There's a Difference

It doesn't take a genius to have a verified PP, at one point mine got limited due to a negative balance. Afterwards they asked for proof of SSN, Address, ID, and bullshit like that, so I called them up and the only question I answered before I got unlimited was, "What is your date of birth?"

Thing is I already had a Verfied pp I called up told me upload photo id I kept trying call see if different agent said something different and nope if you wanna talk about this pm me then.
