So, I was trying to sign into Xbox.com with my account W ork. I typed in everything correctly. I know this because when I got this account, I changed everything on it and wrote it down and I recovered the account with that information. It kept saying my password was invalid. So I went to the store to do some shit and left that situation alone because I could still play on the account but I couldn't recover it or sign into Xbox.com but that didn't bother me much. So when I get back, I try signing into W ork to just play on it but then it says that I need to type in my password to sign in. The account hasn't been touched/recovered by anyone else. I know this because it has still all the same people added and the bio and motto are the same. But, a few days back I did get a message saying that the account has be recovered onto another account when I sighed in. Was like dafuq? But it was fine and I continued to play on it. And now this. Can anyone explain or help me out here? I'm thinking about calling up Microsoft.

Was this sold to you by hey? Because I guarantee he wouldn't take a tag back, he sold me one that I owned for months and it was never taken back. Perhaps the original owner took it back, I would definitely contact MS.
@Declan Yea. Hopefully I'll get it back. MS got me my main back when it got hacked.
