I was up all night and morning yesterday, helping the member @Bradley send $200.00 to Philly to purchase a group. After I helped him and sent the funds, he sent me $15.00 as a reward payment, I guess. I just checked my PayPal and he reversed absolutely all the payments he made to me and I now know that he is banned. The worst part is that I'm -$194.00 and I have absolutely no clue what to do? I can't open a scam report since he's banned.
 
We're all guessing he was limited. Every payment he sent since he joined was reversed.
 
This user chargebacked on everyone.
There is reason to believe that he
was hacked or his paypal was limited .

If u sent the 200. Shouldn't the group be yours :/
 
@Bradley even charged back on me. I did graphics for him and he sent over $5. He kind of gave me a hint in his PM's.

I sent it in his name, basically. Maybe I can get my own group since I helped? I don't know, I'll ask Philly.

He sent you $200.00. You sent the $200.00 to Philly. Your balance was then [technically] at $0.00. Bradley's PayPal was limited, but now you're still out that $200.00. I believe you should definitely get the group UNTIL Bradley fixes your balance.
 
Well shit. That's too bad. The belief and hope is that he was hacked / limited. Best of luck to ya. Hope you get your money back. Or at the very least, own the group.

No. It just means your PayPal is negative and you can no longer send payments with it until the negative balance is resolved.

Not too sure, don't have a cc on mine
But I would assume that the cc will be charged to cover the fee

Chances are that he did this on purpose. Give him time just to make sure. If he fails to contact you/attempt to resolve the situation, you were scammed.
 
It's 7am in his time-zone. Give him at least a full 24 hours to resolve it.
