are you afraid in earthquake?

Just now in our place they experience earthquake magnitude 5.9...thanks to GOD that nobody's hurt.im afraid of earthquake,ever since....are you afraid also?
 
I've never been in a serious earthquake as we don't get them often here in England, however I was in one around 3 years ago which broke down chimney pots off of houses etc, I thought it was pretty bad. No fatalities though. I was very afraid to be honest as I didn't know what it was at first, because as I said previously, earthquakes are quite uncommon in England.
 
the February 27 earthquake was terrible. was at 3 am, I slept my whole kitchen was destroyed, I was so shocked, was 8.8 degrees. Santiago de Chile
 

good in your country mate,in Philippines earthquake is common,i hope it will not happen same in other country like japan.
 
Well I dont have experince of earthquake so dont know what is feeling of earthquake but I dont feel fear because I dont want to live this life any more
 
Im not really afraid of earthquakes as of now since I havent experience extreme earthquake. Just a while some of my friend said that earthquake take place here in your country too but I think its not that strong.

With that kind of magnitude or intensity of the quake and higher, of course I am afraid especially if my place is at the epicenter of the quake. I wouldn't like to be in a risky or dangerous situation!
 
i am afraid of earthquakes.there was an earthquake when i celebrated my 6th birthday and it was terrible.many buildings collapsed and the ground opened up.there was also an earthquake last night at around 1:30 in the morning.it was pretty scary.

I am dead scared of earthquakes. Specially those of high magnitudes. A lot of people die because of earthquakes. Earthquakes can also cause tsunamis. So I really pray that it won't happen in my place.

definitely yes! whose not gonna be afraid of earthquakes anyway? earthquake sends shivers on my whole body. it frightened me alot.
 
i m afraid of earthquake though i didnt see this strongly in my country hope no too.its nt good .god save all of us
 
yes i afraid with earthquake,till now i didn't face the strong one,look just before what happen to japan.

Im not that scared because im ready to die. Just afraid of something bad will happen to my girl. I dont want her to get hurt. :Love:
 
Yeah, I think is like an horrible feeling :S Don't know, but are horrible
But here recently we haven't one

wow I'm glad everyone is ok there. earthquakes do scare me but i haven't been in one yet. either I was sleeping or i couldn't feel it, but my friends say they have felt it so it must have been either of the two that i was doing. I hope everyone is safe and god bless us all.
 


I am always afraid of earthquake since our country is seated in some faults that had moved and delivered real strong earthquakes. I had experienced more than two devastating earthquakes, in the year 1970 when I was still a toddler, in 1990, when i was a young woman and in 2001 when i am already a married woman with a child. All of these earthquakes caused damages not only in my families but also for the entire country. It took years before we recovered from the damage, eating up our properties and family's business in scratches.

I live in country with many earthquake action, tsunami and volcano eruption, but i have no worried about that, cause all of us are deal with death for no reason.
 
All of us are afraid in earthquake, but if we have faith in God, he will always guide us. We cannot control what will happen next, tomorrow or today. We just have always be prepare and pray for safety of our lives.
