The sites i usually use are down right now, Due to some type of instagram security reasons.. Is there any sites or apps that work well and you can get a lot of likes for free ?
 
I know if you put a lot of hashtags on them you'll get a lot of likes. Are you interested in something like that?
 
I saw a thread on a site before about this. I'll try to find it. If you don't find it, you can always buy it off me.

I bought an eBook on HF about it. You will have to buy it yourself from there.
 
Try GramHoot. Their service is down as of now. However, when they're back up you'll see that you can gain likes and followers without liking or following people back.
