Are OG Runescape usernames worth anything?

Decent ones can be sold for a fair bit. I'd compare their value to snapchats. Runescape kiddies are very easily manipulated from my experience.

They've reset all up to S in the alphabet if im correct, and they're still being reset every few weeks, so I'd say they're worthless, my friend got a REALLY nice one.

The market isn't strong here for them but on a few other websites they are.
They're usually worth a lot more when thrown on a nice account as it looks "high quality"

Also another thing to add is that selling runescape names isn't against their game policy, its completely legal as far as the game law goes, so if you intent to sell, theres 0% chance of a ban.

Just hold on to it until the reset is over. I have one good one, although I don't even play the game anymore.
