If so what would you expect them to look like.? 
I think that if aliens do exist i would expect them to look very similar to humans.

On the low: I think that aliens are legit, I don't think that they look like what our society presumes they look like though.

they might have a complete different form.
Idk if they would look similar to humans, but there can be a few identical things.
