To celebrate the new management of Rune Gear and the soon-to-be grand opening of the new website features and premium usergroup, Rune Gear is holding a massive posting contest with 200M RSGP in prizes. The community is growing and this is a way to show our thanks to the members, who make us what we are right now and what we will be, whether they're new or old.

Members are just required to maintain reasonable activity and they will be in the running to win. The total prize money will be split up in to the following amounts:

1st Place:
100M RSGP

2nd Place:
50M RSGP

3rd Place:
3x 10M RSGP (3rd, 4th and 5th place)

4th Place:
4x 5M RSGP (6th, 7th, 8th and 9th place)

The competition is run simply. You get points for doing anything around the forum. You can see the point system on top of your registration date in the top right of the post bit.

NOTE: RG Elite members get 1.25 points for every 1 point a normal member gets, and Sponsors get 1.5 points for every 1 point a normal member gets. Therefore, if you're upgraded, you'll have an advantage now and in the next upcoming contests! To upgrade, click here.

The Points System:
Replying - 1 points
New Thread - 2.5 points
Per thread reply - 0.2 point
Per referral - 3 points

To get points, your replies must be at minimum 30 characters long. Some forums give 0 points for all actions to stop spam.

The competition ends on the 1st of August 2012, 6pm GMT.

This contest will be policed heavily and if multiple Low Quality warnings are applied to your accounts you will have your RuneGear Point's Reset.

Anything but a posting contest. They're shit. No offence. They never run well. Accusations and fights start everwhere. Neg rep wars constantly happening.
I will think of suggestions and PM you once I think of one.

A contest has to be for everyone,lets say a video contest (only people good at video editting would win)
GFX contest -- artist would win

posting contest-- all members have a possibility to win...

God damn it, everytime I'm almost @ 1k points some new contest pops up. This angers my large number penis very much so.
