[ARCHIVED] Userbars re-designed

I have re-designed some of the userbars, as you may have noticed, I have also modified them so they fit on the postbit.

I will be adding back usertitles to the postbit, and the forum is still undergoing template modification.

Remember, if you witness any bugs and or glitches, please take note that it is most definitely from the template edits.
