I'm at a friend house, not new account.

Alright basically user "Teja" stole my account after scamming me, closed the Scam Report I opened on him and +3'd him saying it was a misunderstanding?
My account is now banned and Teja isn't.
I used the "Contact" button and haven't received a response, and I'm not very happy.
I think he retrieved my info to my RuneGear account when I was on Teamviewer with him, but I'd like an I.P Check on my Levi account and matching it up to Teja, I'm not certain it's him.

I still have no proof of scamming, I'll do a IP check in a second.
