[ARCHIVED] Tagging added

Now you can tag other members in posts...just like twitter!

To do so, use @"username goes here" like so:
@"darock"... i randomly picked your username for this demo. if you are tagged in a post, you should receive a notification stating so.

This thread has been moved to the Archives section due to it reaching redundancy. This means that the thread has no use in the official section and has been moved to the Archives section.
